By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in CAD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled.
4. Order Cancellations Because our products are custom-made upon order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot cancel orders that have already entered production.
5. Returns & Refunds We accept returns or replacements for defective or misprinted items only. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Romaneum and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability Romaneum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
